Linda Meyerholz, MS, LMHC, is a therapist and codependency specialist with over 30 years of counseling experience. Linda began her professional career as an investigative journalist, and after wrestling with her own addictions, began investigating why relapse was a constant barrier in addiction recovery.
That journey resulted in a career change to the therapy field as well as two nonfiction books, Recovery from Childhood in America and Codependency Sucks, and a novel, Through My Father’s Eyes: A Son’s Awakening. Linda lives in south Florida and has seven children, ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Transition Coach
Gary Langford is a Transition Coach who spent years trying to heal from unhealthy and destructive patterns until he met Linda Meyerholz and made true progress in his recovery work. Gary was an IT professional who made the move into life coaching in 2021.
Gary’s mission is to implement Linda’s vision for the next generation by equipping individuals and groups with the tools they need to experience wholeness and freedom from codependency and addictions. Gary and his wife live in Cape Coral, FL, and he has three adult children.
